FCY Winter Camp is an opportunity for youth on the Path to carry God’s freedom into their schools, and make an impact on their generation.

YOUTH

All youth attendees must be enrolled in Freedom Schools or be serving as Family Group Leaders.

Youth who are not on the path will not be eligible to attend.

Adult

All adult volunteers must have completed Live Scan clearance and be enrolled in Trimester 1 of Freedom Bible College or higher to serve at camp.

No exceptions.

  • All items in camp supply list will be emailed to each attendee after registration!

    NOT ALLOWED: weapons, bad attitudes, tobacco products, drugs, vapes, alcohol, lighters. This will not be tolerated at Freedom City Church and will result in dismissal

  • Protecting our teenagers is our number one priority.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    Every adult serving in our youth ministry is required to complete a mandatory Safety Awareness Training and background check.

    We'll have a team dedicated to keeping your youth safe during every part of the event. These include security staff and volunteers.

  • Youth who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag.

    Youth will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication.

    If a teenager needs help with their medication, their Leader can help administer it with parent consent.

    All medications must be documented during the bag-check at the campus check-in.

  • To make a donation, please use the link provided in the donations section above.

    All contributions will go toward supporting youth who may not be able to afford registration, helping create a meaningful and memorable conference experience for every youth.

  • The registration deadline is December 15th or until we hit max capacity.

  • All adult volunteers must be members of Freedom City Church, be currently on the Path in TRI 1 or higher, and have completed Live Scan clearance with approval from Freedom City Church staff.
